Project: iGMS, Canada, Vancouver

At iGMS, I was busy helping customers to have the best experience ever. It was not confined only to chat and email communication; it also involved creating functional articles (like this, this, or this) for the HelpDesk page. I was in charge of creating iGMS monthly roundups for the blog page, as well as new features communication via blog posts (like this, this, or this) emails, UI copy and naming.
